Nevada Marriage Laws
1. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
2. Minors 16 & 17 years of age require notarized parental consent, or parents present to give consent.
3. Under 16 years of age requires a court order.
4. Both parties must be present and are required to bring one of the following for each person:
State Drivers License
State ID Card
Military I.D.
Passport
Original or certified copy of your birth certificate
5. There are no blood tests and no waiting period in Nevada
6. If you have been previously married, the divorce must be final in the state where granted. You must know the date of the final decree and the city and state where granted.
7. The marriage license fee is $35.00 (cash only).
8. Once issued the marriage license is valid for one year from the issue date
